Arlen joined Varnum Consulting in 2015 and serves as a Client Relationship Manager. He came to Varnum Consulting as an accomplished and respected leader in sales, most recently serving as a Regional Sales Manager with AT&T. His Sales Management and Sales Operations experience spans over 25 years in the telecommunications and insurance industries. He pursues "Make Sense" solutions for Client needs, which raise the bar for both organizations and their leadership. Arlen is a product of the Fischer School of Business at The Ohio State University studying Operations & Production Management. His philosophy to exceed Client expectations is to Listen, Learn, Build & Deliver. Away from work Arlen co-hosts high school football Games of the Week on local radio.
